Riverbend Forest is led by Robert Sulaski, a local developer with over three decades of experience in land stewardship and home building. Robert has been a developer and home builder in the Asheville area for over 24 years.
RBF Development, LLC acquired the land in March 2019. Valued team members, Cloos Landscape Design, High Country Engineering and Tennoca Construction, once again joined in to design and shortly thereafter construct this community.
